Hamilton Atlas Group, LLC ("we," "us") respects the confidentiality instincts of the people we serve — founders, clinicians, and business owners. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company or practice name, area of interest, and message. That's it — we do not ask for or knowingly collect anything else through the form.
How we use it
Contact-form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you engage us, conducting that engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send unsolicited email.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our business email. Both are subject to their own security practices; see Netlify's privacy policy.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it (pages visited, approximate location, referring site). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data subject to Google's privacy policy. We configure IP anonymization. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers above, or where required by law.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Confidential business information
If your inquiry contains confidential scientific or business information, we treat it with the same discretion we apply to client work. For anything sensitive, we're glad to execute a confidentiality agreement before substantive discussion — just ask.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry records only as long as useful for correspondence and business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info@hamiltonatlas.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
